Top 5 Personalization Apps on Android in Turkey, Q3 2024

In the third quarter of 2024, the personalization app market in Turkey showcased varying trends in terms of downloads, active users, and revenue. According to data from Sensor Tower, these insights highlight the performance of the top five Android apps in this category.

ThemeKit - Themes & Widgets saw its weekly downloads peak in early September at about 38K, with a noticeable increase from mid-August. Its weekly active users also rose steadily, starting at 204K in early July and reaching 242K by the end of September. Revenue remained relatively stable, fluctuating around $50 per week.

Zedge™ Wallpapers & Ringtones experienced a strong revenue performance, climbing to approximately $647 at its peak in mid-September. While the app's weekly downloads saw a slight decline over the quarter, starting at 23K and dropping to 18K, its active users maintained a robust presence, averaging around 240K.

Control Center Simple had consistent download figures, with a slight peak in late August at 18K. Active users increased from 130K in early July to 146K by the end of September, indicating growing user engagement despite no reported revenue.

Live Wallpaper - 4K Background started the quarter with high download numbers, peaking at 34K in mid-July, before gradually declining to 5K by the end of September. Active user numbers demonstrated a similar trend, peaking at 73K in July and stabilizing around 52K towards the quarter's end. Revenue figures showed modest gains in September, reaching $18 at one point.

Finally, Launcher OS™ experienced a resurgence in downloads towards the latter part of the quarter, with a peak of 17K in late August. Active users increased from 56K in early July to 64K in late August, before settling to 57K by the end of September. Revenue showed minor fluctuations, with a peak of $36 in mid-September.
